Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PLASTIC PIN ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE FRONT HEAD REST WAS DETACHED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LEITH CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (5310 ROLESVILLE RD, WENDELL, NC 27591), AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PIN FRACTURED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PART WAS ORDERED FOR THE REPLACEMENT DUE TO A DEFECT IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 91,000.
