TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V813000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE EXPERIENCED A SLIGHT HESITATION WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT CALLED TELEGRAPH CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (12000 TELEGRAPH RD, TAYLOR, MI 48180, (734) 309-7247) AND IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
