Consumer Description

I WAS DRIVING WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE CAR AND OUT OF NO WHERE MY PASSENGER HEADREST DEPLOYED WITHOUT A CAR CRASH. THIS SCARED ME SO BAD. IF MY DRIVER SIDE WOULD'VE DEPLOYED I COULD'VE GOT INTO A SERIOUS WRECK. I ASK THE DEALER WHERE I GOT MY CAR IF THEY COULD REPLACE THEM OR FIX THEM THEY TOLD ME NO IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY. I MEAN CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?
