Consumer Description

THE JEEP DEALERSHIP SAID THE CRANKSHAFT LOST AT LEAST ONE OF THE RAISED PORTIONS THAT LIFTS THE LIFTERS AND THE FILLINGS DAMAGED THE PISTON CYLINDER WALLS REQUIRING THE ENGINE HEADS TO BE REPLACED AT A COST OF OVER $10,000. THE JEEP HAD APPROXIMATED 144,442 MILES AND HAD NEVER SMOKED OR USED ANY OIL UNTIL THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE INTERSTATE IN WESTERN SO DAKOTA. *TR
