Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 GMC SIERRA 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 75 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL CEASED WITH SEVERAL UNKNOWN WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT COASTED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO STERLING BUICK GMC WEST LOCATED AT (414 W FRED & RUTH ZIGLER MEMORIAL DR, JENNINGS, LA 70546), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 28,000.
