Consumer Description
VEHICLE WAS REMOTE STARTED- REAR DEFROST TURNED ON AUTOMATICALLY DUE TO OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE. REAR DEFROST OVERHEATED AND SHATTERED REAR POWER SLIDING WINDOW (RPO A48) WHILE STATIONARY. BURNING SMELL WAS NOTED. GM CLAIMS MY VIN IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH SPECIAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM N192265660.
