HEADLIGHT SHAKES AND FLICKERS WHILE DRIVING OVER BUMPS IN THE ROAD. HAPPENS ON CITY STREETS AND HIGHWAYS. FLICKERING IS VERY DISTRACTING AND DRAWS ATTENTION AWAY FROM YOUR SURROUNDINGS.
