Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH ON THE HIGHWAY, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED INDEPENDENTLY WITH THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE AND DROVE TO THE RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO WINDWARD DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP (46-177 KAHUHIPA ST, KANEOHE, HI 96744) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS NOTIFIED OF SEVERAL UNKNOWN ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,000.
