Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE THE DRIVER DISCOVERED THAT THE POWER STEERING AND BRAKES WERE INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO DCH HONDA OF TEMECULA LOCATED AT (26755 YNEZ RD, TEMECULA CA) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT SEVERAL ELECTRICAL WIRES HAD BEEN EATEN BY RODENTS WHICH CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 27,000.*DT*JB *BF CONSUMER STATED [XXX] IS THE STEPFATHER AND SHE IS THE OWNER.
