TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING WITH THE GEAR SHIFT LEVER IN THE DRIVE POSITION, THE GEAR SHIFT INDICATOR STARTED TO SHIFT BETWEEN GEARS. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER AND THE TRANSMISSION CEASED IN GEAR. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE RESIDENCE AND THEN TO KINGS FORD LOCATED AT (9555 KINGS AUTO MALL RD, CINCINNATI, OH 45249 (855) 850-6175) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V362000 (POWER TRAIN). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 101,000.
