Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT, THE VEHICLE SURGED FORWARD. NO WARNING INDICATORS WERE ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE SEAT BELT WAS VERY HARD TO UNBUCKLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND A CASE WAS OPENED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
