TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V818000 (EQUIPMENT, ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING) AND 20V036000 (POWER TRAIN). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT CALLED THE LOCAL DEALER BOB MARIANO CJDR LOCATED AT (146 MANCHESTER ST, CONCORD, NH 03301 (603) 556-8616) AND BONNEVILLE AND SON CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM LOCATED AT (625 HOOKSETT RD, MANCHESTER, NH 03104 (877) 227-1827) WHO STATED THAT THE REMEDY PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
