Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 NISSAN FRONTIER. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE STEERING CEASED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. BALISE NISSAN OF WARWICK LOCATED AT (1350 POST RD, WARWICK, RI 02888) WAS CONTACTED AND MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 10V517000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,000.
