WHILE ENTERING THE HIGHWAY AT ABOUT 40 MILES THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE HOOD LIFTED UP OFF HITTING AND BREAKING WINDSHIELD ALSO DAMAGING BOTH SIDES OF FENDER.
