HELLO I'M [XXX] BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE HORN GOING OFF RANDOMLY WHEN CAR IS RUNNING OR OFF SITTING IN DRIVEWAY. WINDOWS GOING UP AND DOWN ON THERE OWN WITH PRESSING THE BUTTON. HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE LOOKED OVER CAUSE IT'S ANNOYING AND EMBARRASSING DRIVING OR TURNING AND HORN BLOWS AT OTHER DRIVERS. MECHANIC NARROWED IT DOWN TO THE TIPM SYSTEM AND HAVE NOTICED ONLINE OTHER DODGE AVENGER ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.
