Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT DRIVING AT AN UNDISCLOSED SPEED, THE VEHICLE LUNGED FORWARD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TAILGATE HANDLE FRACTURED AND TAILGATE WAS DAMAGED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS INTERMITTENT. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE BODY WARNING LIGHT WAS CONSTANTLY ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DOLAN DODGE RAM FIAT LOCATED AT (700 KIETZKE LN, RENO, NV 89502) BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE 500.
