Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 45 MPH THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO FIRST CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM LOCATED AT (280 E WASHINGTON ST, NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, MA 02760) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENGINE WOULD NEED TO BE TAKEN APART FOR FURTHER EVALUATION TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED NOR INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,000.
