Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC SIERRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT OR IN INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE HEADLAMPS LUMINESCENCE WAS NOT ADEQUATE FOR SAFE DRIVING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLAMPS WERE EXTREMELY DIM. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE PULLED OFF OF THE ROADWAY SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO THE HEADLAMP FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LONE STAR CHEVROLET (18900 NORTHWEST FREEWAY, HOUSTON, TX 770650, AND WAS DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE OPERATED AS INTENDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS THEN INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OUTSIDE OF THE 36,000 MILE WARRANTY. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,000.
