Consumer Description

I WAS DIVING AS USUAL, TAKING MY KIDS TO SCHOOL AND THE CAR SUDDENLY GAVE UP. WITH VERY LOUD RATTLE, HAD TO STOP, THOUGHT CAR WAS GOING TO EXPLODE. SO, I GOT IT TOWED AND LOOKED AT BY AUTO MECHANICS. TOOK IT TO 2 MECHANICS TO VERIFY. I HAVE ALL DOCS TO CORROBORATE THAT THE ENGINE GAVE UP COMPLETELY. HAD TO REPLACE ENGINE. CALLED KIA TO ASK IF THERE WAS A RECALL ON MY VEHICLE. THE MAN SAID "NO." BUT I AM SURE, THEY WILL BE RECALLED SOON..
