Consumer Description

WHEN REFUELING VEHICLE AT A GAS STATION, AT A FULL STOP, WITH THE ENGINE TURNED OFF, THE GASOLINE PUMP WILL NOT STAY ON WHILE INSERTED INTO THE FUEL TANK OF MY 2011 GMC TERRAIN, NO MATTER WHICH FUEL VENDOR I BUY A FILL UP FROM. I HAVE HAD THIS CAR FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND IT HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. I DECIDED TO REACH OUT TO SEE IF THIS IS A NORMAL ISSUE FOR THIS VEHICLE. IF IT IS NOT, THEN COULD THIS BE A RECALL EVENT? THANKS FOR YOUR HELPFULNESS.
