Consumer Description

BRAKE LIGHT ASSEMBLY HAS GONE OUT FOR 3RD TIME. $700 TO REPAIR EACH TIME. LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ON LINE ABOUT THIS. GM HAS REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM. SHOULD BE A RECALL FOR THIS AND ALL OF US WHO HAVE HAD TO REPAIR THIS SHOULD BE REIMBURSED. THEY ARE REPLACING FAULTY BRAKE LIGHT UNITS WITH FAULTY UNITS SO IT REPEATEDLY RECURS. THEY HAVE ALSO FAILED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ISSUE UNTIL VEHICLES HAVE ACCUMULATED OVER 72,000 MILES SO THEY CAN CLAIM OUTSIDE SPECIAL WARRANTY PERIOD
