Consumer Description

THE REAR WINDSHIELD OF MY 2017 F150, HAS RANDOMLY EXPLODED AND SHATTERED INTO A MILLION DIFFERENT PIECES. THIS OCCURRENCE HAS HAPPENED 2 TIMES NOW. BOTH TIMES THERE WAS NO EXTERNAL CAUSE FOR THE WINDOW SHATTERING. THE FIRST OCCURRENCE HAPPENED WHILE CLOSING THE DRIVERS DOOR WHEN THE CAR WAS PARKED, THE OTHER OCCURRENCE HAD WHILE SIMPLY DRIVING IN A NEIGHBORHOOD ROAD. THERE'S NOT EXPLANATION FOR WHY THE REAR WINDSHIELD EXPLODES, NOR IS FORD WILLING TO COVER IT.
