Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT UPON PURCHASING THE VEHICLE FROM ROUSH FORD 5575 KEIM CIR, COLUMBUS, OH 43228, SEVERAL LUG BOLTS USED TO SECURE THE FRONT WHEELS ON THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER OF THE VEHICLE FRACTURED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE SAME DEALER AND WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS ALSO TAKEN TO SEVERAL INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR SIMILAR FAILURES. THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,900. *LN
