Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SUN VISOR FAILED. THE CONTACT ADVISED THAT THE SUN VISOR WAS PREVIOUSLY REPLACED. HOWEVER THE REPAIR DID NOT CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE SUN VISOR FAILED TO STAY SECURED AND OBSTRUCTED THE DRIVER'S VIEW. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AUTO NATION TOYOTA DEALER (6300 WEST SAHARA AVENUE, LAS VEGAS, NEVADA 89146, PHONE NUMBER (866)-314-3304). FOR INSPECTION THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THE SUN VISOR ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
