Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED ON A MESSAGE FLASHED ON THE MESSAGE CENTER WHICH STATED, 'STEERING FAULT SERVICE NOW'. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE RESIDENCE. ON ANOTHER OCCASION WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED THREE MESSAGES DISPLAYED: SERVICE ADVANCE TRAC, POWER STEERING LOSS DRIVE SAFELY, TRACTION CONTROL UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING CEASED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO SEELYE FORD, 3820 STADIUM DR, KALAMAZOO, MI 49008, DO BE DIAGNOSED, WHICH WAS STILL PENDING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 51,000.
