TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 GMC TERRAIN. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE HER HUSBAND WAS DRIVING AT 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHO INFORMED THAT CONTACT THAT THE BALANCE CHAIN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT CALLED LOCAL DEALER WOODY BUICK GMC LOCATED AT 1585 W OGDEN AVE, NAPERVILLE, IL 60540, (888) 461-9066, AND INFORMED THE DEALER OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
