Consumer Description
BODY PAINT IS VERY THIN AND IS CHIPPING. WHEELS COATING IS PEELING OFF AND CHIPPING. AND THE SEAT HEATERS ARE VERY HOT, ALMOST BURNING EVEN ON THE LOWEST SETTING.
