TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEATER AND THE DEFROSTER FAILED TO FUNCTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE QUIGLEY MOTORS DEALER (610-367-2191, LOCATED AT 565 ROUTE 100 N, BOYERTOWN, PA 19512) WHERE THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED AND REPLACED THE HEATER CORE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 97,000. *LN *TP *JB *DT
