ROLLER BEARING ON LIFTER HAD FAILED REQUIRING THE REPLACEMENT OF ALL LIFTERS AND THE CAMSHAFT. THIS OCCURRED AT 91620 MILES IN SPITE OF A PERFECT SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE RECORD.
