WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME AND HAS REMAINED ON. I AM BEING TOLD I NEED A NEW CATALYTIC CONVERTER BUT THE DEALERSHIP AND CRYSTLER CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE ALL CONFUSED AS TO WHY MY VEHICLE IS NOT SHOWING UP UNDER A RECALL. IT IS THE RIGHT MAKE, MODEL, YEAR AND ENGINE SIZE FOR THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER RECALL.
