Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 KIA SORENTO. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, THE RPMS DROPPED TO ZERO. IN ADDITION ON ANOTHER OCCASION, THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO (NEMET KIA LOCATED AT 153-03 HILLSIDE AVENUE, JAMAICA, NY 11432) FOR A DIAGNOSIS WHICH WAS INCONCLUSIVE AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY RESOLUTION. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
