Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP PATRIOT. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE ON THE EXPRESSWAY, IT VEERED TO THE RIGHT DIRECTION. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE UNDER CARRIAGE WAS DISINTEGRATED. THE VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BACK TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE DEALER NAPLETON OFF ROAD LOCATED AT 5950 N WESTERN AVE, CHICAGO, IL 60659 WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE WARRANTY WAS EXPIRED AND OFFERED NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
