Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE GEAR SHIFT LEVER WAS PLACED IN THE PARK POSITION AND THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND BACK ON. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DAN VADEN BRUNSWICK LOCATED AT 121 ALTAMA CONNECTOR, BRUNSWICK, GA 31525, (912) 292-4089, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE BODY CONTROL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
