Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 NISSAN ROGUE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 70 MPH, THE TRANSMISSION FAILED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. GREENWAY NISSAN OF JACKSONVILLE, 1726 CASSAT AVE, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32210, (904) 779-3502, WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED NOR INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 139,000.
