Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V813000 (FUEL PUMP) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR REPAIR. THE CONTACT RECEIVED THE RECALL NOTIFICATION IN DECEMBER OF 2018. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH AN UNKNOWN CHRYSLER DEALER AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
