Consumer Description

WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP ON 12/19/2019 FOR TWO RECALLS ON MY CAR. THE REPAIR WAS STATED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 2-3 HOURS BUT TOOK 5 HOURS. THE NEXT DAY THE CAR STARTED BACKING UP OUT OF THE DRIVE WAY ON ITS ON AND NOW IT DOES NOT START. CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO TELL THEM THE PROBLEM AND THEY STATED THAT I HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO BRING THE CAR THERE AND PAY FOR THE REPAIR MYSELF. MY CAR WAS FINE BEFORE THEY WORKED ON IT.
