Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE CHALLENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRUNK OPENED INDEPENDENTLY AND THE PASSENGER WINDOW DID NOT CLOSE AND ROLL DOWN INDEPENDENTLY. THE MANUFACTURE WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION REPAIR FOR THE SMART GLASS WINDOW SWITCH, WHICH CAUSED THE PASSENGER WINDOW TO OPEN INDEPENDENTLY, THE WINDOW NOT TO CLOSE SECURELY, THE BATTERY TO DRAIN, AND THE ENGINE NOT TO START. BOB BAKER DODGE (5555 CAR COUNTRY DRIVE, CARLSBAD, CA 92008, (760)-814-9664) DETERMINED THAT THE PASSENGER DOOR SWITCH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105,000.
