Consumer Description

I OWN A 2012 CHRYSLER 200, I LOVE MY CAR; HOWEVER, THE HEAD LIGHTS ARE POINTING TOWARDS THE GROUND MAKING IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE ANYTHING IN FRONT OF ME WHILE DRIVING. I'VE CHANGED REPLACED THE HEADLIGHT BULBS AS WELL AS CLEANED THE HEADLAMP. UNKNOWN 2. DURING THE WINTER MONTHS MY CAR MAKES THE GRINDING NOISE WHEN STARTING UP.
