OUT OF THE BLUE AT 59,000 MILES I HAD A LIFER GO BAD AND THE DEALER WANTS $3500 TO FIX MY TRUCK.... I HAVE CHANGED THE OIL WHEN MY ON BOARD OIL CHANGE LIGHT TELLS ME I TAKE CARE OF MY TRUCK AND I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS WOULD HAPPEN I ASKED FOR CHEVY'S ASSISTANCE ON THIS MATTER AND NOW THEY TELL ME I HAVE AN ENGINE BLOCK ON MY TRUCK WHICH VOIDS MY ENGINE FROM THEM GIVING ME ASSISTANCE MY TRUCK IS A 2014 CREW CAB 4X4 LTZ TEXAS EDITION WHICH SRA DID FOR THE DEALERSHIP , THE CHEVY CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE PERSON TELLS ME THE BLOCK WAS PUT ON 8/15 A YEAR AFTER I BOUGHT MY TRUCK AND I ASKED WHAT WAS THIS ABOUT AND THEY COULDN'T TELL ME TO CALL MY DEALER AND ASK A DEVICE MANAGER AND WHEN I DID THAT THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT SO NOW I'M TO DO WHAT, THANK YOU CHEVROLET FOR A BELOW STANDARD QUALITY TRUCK....
