TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 INFINITI G35X. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAG WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GEORGE HARTE INFINITI (1076 S COLONY RD, WALLINGFORD, CT 06492, (203) 495-6700) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM CONTROL UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT THE COST OF $5,500 FOR PARTS AND LABOR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 08V521000 (AIR BAGS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE.
