Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2006 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE HYDROPLANED, LEFT THE ROADWAY, AND CRASHED INTO A TREE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED WHIPLASH AND SORENESS. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NOT RECEIVED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED TO A JUNKYARD. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. BALLENTINE FORD (1305 SC-72, GREENWOOD, SC 29649, (864) 223-6656) WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 226,000.
