Consumer Description

I AM CONTACTING YOU DUE TO DUE TO BAXTER SERVICE REP PAUL AT BAXTER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM DEALER REFUSAL TO REPAIR RECALLS FOR MY JEEP RENEGADE. THE RECALLS THAT GENERATE FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY ALLSTATE ARE INDEED RECALLS MY VEHICLE NEEDS BASED ON PERFORMANCE ISSUES. HE INFORMED ME THAT THEY'RE NOT RECALLS, AND WHEN I SAID ALLSTATE MADE THEM UP, HE SAID 'YEAH'! THE INFORMATION FOR THE 4 RECALLS ARE FROM DATA.GOV. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT BAXTER SAYS THEY ARE ONLY GOING TO REPAIR THE RECALL (FOR ENGINE COOLING FAN) THAT CHRYSLER WEBSITE SHOWS! PLEASE ADVISE &/OR ASSIST TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE! I HAVE REPORTED TO THE ASSISTANT SERVICE MGR JUSTIN SUNQUIST AND BBB AS WELL. THANKS
