Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD EDGE. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE DEFROSTER WAS IN USE WHEN THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO KOONS FORD OF BALTIMORE (6970 SECURITY BLVD, WOODLAWN, MD 21244, (410) 298-3800) WHERE THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND THEN GIVE HIM A CALL BACK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 26,000.
