TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 5500. WHILE TRAVELING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO EIDE CHRYSLER (1112 MISSOURI AVE, BISMARCK, ND 58504, (701) 223-1170) AND CHARBONNEAU CHRYSLER CENTER (346 1ST ST W, DICKINSON, ND 58601, (701) 456-2277) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS BEING OVERWORKED AND REACHING ITS TOW CAPACITY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,942.
