TL-THE CONTADCT OWNS A 2008 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACCT STATED THAT THE DASHBOARD STARTED TO BULGE IN THE PASSENGER AIR BAG AREA. . THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER PLANTATION FORD, 707 STATE RAOD 7, PLANTATION, FL 33317, THEY REPLACED THE AIR BAG INFLATOR ON THE PADDENGER SIDE ACCORDING TO NHTSA RECALL NUMBER: 19V001000 ( AIR BAGS ), ALSO WAS ADVISED THAT THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT REPLACING THE DASBOARDS ON THAT YEAR AND MODEL ( ONLY 2010 - 2012 MODELS WERE BEIGN REPLACED ). THE DASHBOARD WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000. BP
