Consumer Description

TOOK FORD FOCUS TO AN ESTIMATOR AT THE FORD DEALERSHIP TAYLOR FORD AND REPORTED A MAJOR TRANSMISSION ISSUE. THEY STATED ITS A FEE IN ADVANCE AND IT IS ONLY LOOKING INTO ONE ISSUE CALLED MODULE ONLY THE REST WOULD BE ON US INCLUDING FEE TO HAVE THIS ISSUE/ RECALL LOOKED AT. NOW WE HAVE NO TRANS AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS IS A REAL AND YET CONCEALED ISSUE BY FORD AND ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES ? WHAT THE HECK, WE WERE ALMOST KILLED ON THANKSGIVING AND VEHICLE WE WERE RIDING IN WOULD NOT SHIFT.
