HEATER NOT HEATING AS SHOULD. HEATER CORE SEEMS TO PLUGGED, SIMILAR TO TSB 80-15-04 ON EARLIER MODELS. VW DOES NOT HAVE A TSB OR CAMPAIGN TO ADDRESS. THIS COULD IMPACT VISIBILITY IN THE WINTER TIME.
