CAR WILL NOT START, STEERING WHEEL LOCKS, KEY FOB LIGHT IS ON, BRAKE IS STIFF. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME NISSAN HAD THIS PROBLEM. MY CAR ONLY HAS 50,000 MILES ON IT.
