Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO HILLTOP CHRYSLER DODGE (3291 AUTOPLAZA DR, RICHMOND, CA 94806) FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED, THE CONTACT HEARD A TICKING NOISE COMING FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THE CONTACT TURNED AROUND AND WENT BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE SHE WAS INFORMED THAT THE ROCKET ARM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 185,000.
