TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING 66 MPH OVER A BUMP OR RIDGES IN THE ROAD, THE FRONT END VIOLENTLY VIBRATED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE STOPPED FOR THE FAILURE TO COMPLETELY GO AWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO STANLEY FORD BROWNFIELD (1708 LUBBOCK RD, BROWNFIELD, TX 79316, (806) 637-3561) WHERE THE TIRES WERE BALANCED. POLLARD FRIENDLY FORD COMPANY (3301 S LOOP 289, LUBBOCK, TX 79423, (806) 797-3441) WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE TRACK BAR STEERING DAMPER CASTER SHIMS WERE AT THE WRONG ANGLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,457.
